Life - Variable Subscription period: Unlimited The Preliminary Life Membership Application cost is a one-time fee determined by age at the time of application, and includes the following:
Application Fee $350 + Life Dues + 3% Payment Processing Fee (PPF)
• Under age 40: Total Payment $1905.50 (Life Dues $1,500, Application $350, PPF $55.50)
• Age 40-59: Total Payment $1648.00 (Life Dues $1250, Application Fee $350, PPF $48.00)
• Age 60-79: Total Payment $1390.95 (Life Dues $1000, Application Fee $350, PPF $40.50)
• Age 80+: Total Payment $875.50 (Life Dues $500, Application Fee $350, PPF $25.50)

Minor Life - $1,500.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Life application for all descendants under the age of 18
